Hi I'm Sheryl and I first started training by chance ? they started a class at the gym I worked at and thought
I'd give it a go having had done some martial arts as a teenager. From my very first class I couldn't
wait to learn more and I became addicted! I now train five times a week, as well as teaching, and love every
minute of it. I am fitter, more flexible and more confident and everything else gets forgotten about when I train.
Karate is for everyone ? and I would urge you to give it a try!
And I am Lucy, like Sheryl I started training by chance when my son wanted to learn Karate. I began training with
him and haven't stopped. I did train for several years when I was younger but allowed other commitments to
take over. Coming back to martial arts was one of the best things I have ever done and would encourage anyone to
take the challenge. My son and I currently train 4 times a week and can definitely feel the benefits. To anyone
who reads this, you will benefit from being fitter, more confident and more disciplined.
We have been teaching together for a short time now and would welcome anyone who would like to come and try
a class - we look forward to seeing you there.
