Master Griffiths-Johnson is a 4th Dan in Tang Soo Do, and also enjoys training with a variety of weapons. As Master Johnsons wife she is integral to the running of Johnson's Family Karate, as well as teaching classes herself. As well as standard mixed classes Rachel specialises in teaching ladies only classes to bring the martial arts to people who would otherwise be too nervous to enter the Dojang.
