| Mixed Classes
Most classes fall into this category, in which the instructor teaches Tang Soo Do.
This is a Martial Art of Korean origin, it is a non-competitive and non-contact style.
Classes cover a wide range of activities including forms/patterns (and their meanings),
kicking practice and self defense techniques. A limited amount of weapons training is also
included in the standard classes including 6' staff (bong) and knife. There is an emphasis
on fitness and the instructors push the students to their own limits, which means that you
can improve your body, mind and 'fighting spirit' all in one class!
