I started training with my son Thomas when we won a radio competition for free classes, and straight
away I felt the benefits of training. The fitness element of the classes was great, and the sessions
were much more interesting than my usual gym workout. Within a few months Thomas and I were seeing an
improvement in our fitness as well as our karate abilities and I joined the Instructors' Programme.
I have been teaching for 9 months now, and I'm enjoying bringing the health and fitness benefits of
Kong Sudo to my own students. My wife and daughter have also joined my classes so it's a true family
activity - we lead by example when encouraging other parents to join in with their kids. If you haven't
tried a class for yourself yet I'd strongly urge you to do so - who knows what you could achieve...
